Stephen (Steve) has been helping individuals, families, businesses, and not-for-profits manage, plan, and pursue their financial objectives and goals since entering the financial services industry in 2009.  Steve’s “client first” philosophy and unwavering commitment to his clients’ success have been the cornerstones on which Steve has built his business.

Prior to becoming a wealth advisor, Steve spent seventeen years in various roles at a privately-held business in the Indianapolis area.  Steve’s strong work ethic, customer focused approach, and willingness to “listen first” were traits which allowed him to move from a position in sales to vice-president of sales, and eventually president and owner of the business.  Steve had reached the pinnacle of his career, but felt as though he needed a new challenge and passion to pursue.  In 2008, Steve was fortunate enough to sell his business, which allowed him to embark on his career in financial services.

Steve’s path has led him to and through some of the largest and most well-known investment firms in the industry.  Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Waddell & Reed were all lucky enough to procure Steve’s passion and skillsets as a financial advisor and client relationship manager.  However, after ten years of working for large corporations, Steve realized that there was a better way for him to serve his clients and their individual needs.  As the industry has evolved and the emphasis has changed from selling clients on products and services to tailoring solutions around each client’s specific needs, Steve knew that he needed to get back to his roots as an independent business owner.

In addition to his love for his work and clients, Steve enjoys spending his time golfing, cheering on Indiana University athletics, working in his yard, and attending his three children’s various activities.  He is an active member of Holy Spirit at Geist and volunteers his time at several local charities.  Steve and his wife Susan have been happily married for 24 years.
